Group Overview:

A leading management and professional services company based out of the UK and US, YMU provides a portfolio of services to a wide range of clients consisting of leaders in entertainment, film, music, radio, television and sport, including athletes, authors, digital influencers, media rights holders, musicians, producers, TV personalities and voiceover artists.

Job Purpose:

To assist each respective talent management team with administration and support services to ensure that they fully utilise their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running logistics on the day to day diaries for high profile clients and YMU Directors
  • Helping to project manage the day to day needs of their team
  • Working with the Director and Senior Talent Managers to understand the bespoke needs of each client, and ensuring all team members and clients are kept abreast of their weekly commitments
  • Ensuring all of the personal client websites are up to date with images sourced from press office, ensuring client biographies are up to date both on YMU’s sites and socials and client’s personal channels
  • Dealing with any other ad hoc duties that might be required – for example arranging internal/external meetings
  • Assisting on @ymuentertainment Instagram and Socials
  • Travel and hotel bookings
  • Basic day to day running of the team’s client facing responsibilities including: organising client gifts, arranging receipt of fan mail, charity requests and responding to personal invitations
  • Compiling material for showreels and working with managers to compose them
  • Raising invoices using our internal systems
  • Reading and understanding Client contracts and working alongside line managers to execute negotiation, signature and delivery
  • Occasional attendance at events/shoots with Talent
  • Liaising on the phone and via email with contracting parties (e.g. production companies / corporate booking agencies) on all logistics and Client schedules
  • Responding to guest appearances on behalf of clients
