Happy Place is a leading wellbeing brand whose portfolio includes a chart-topping weekly podcast, annual Festivals, a number of brand partnerships and collaborations, book publishing and a book club. The brand is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Brand Manager to join our team and help build and elevate the brand, and work alongside the Talent Director in the day-to-day management of the client.
Position Overview
As a Brand & Talent Manager at Happy Place you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all brand and operational touchpoints. You will project manage various parts of the brand and ensure all teams and parts align to the brand strategy. You will help develop and execute brand initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, brand storytelling and marketing strategy. In addition, you will become the Founder’s Day to day manager.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Implement and maintain the brand strategy and annual plan that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Alongside the Brand Director, support on brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling efforts across all channels to establish and reinforce a strong brand presence.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand decisions.
-Oversee all brand logistics and day to day running, including contract management and invoicing processes
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer behaviours to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, experiential, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the creative process for all branded content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, copy, and assets that align with brand values and resonate with audiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the podcast, festival, book club and book imprint teams to ensure brand alignment across all audience touchpoints. Both internal and external teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute brand-related projects and campaigns.
-Brand Operations & Analysis
- Monitor brand performance and KPIs, including podcast listenership and engagement rates.
- Regularly report on brand performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize brand impact and growth.
Podcast production:
-Brand Consistency
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, packaging, digital properties, and audience interactions.
- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external communication channels.
Talent Management:
Qualifications
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Previous experience working with talent of benefit.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field, preferably in wellness, broadcast, live or related industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated cross-brand marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and delivering brand experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with brand development ideally in the wellness or broadcast industry.
- Familiarity with consumer insights tools, market research, and brand health tracking.
