Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our brand’s presence across social media channels, website, internal comms and events. This role focuses on delivering engaging, innovative, and impactful marketing materials that resonate with audiences and drive brand growth. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing content while staying ahead of trends and analytics to inform strategy..
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and execute marketing materials that prioritize engaging and platform-native content.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Write compelling captions, collaborate on visuals, and ensure brand voice consistency.
- Work with in-house or external creators and influencers to produce authentic, engaging collaborations.
Strategy and Innovation:
- Stay ahead of trends in social media platforms, tools, and audience behaviour to develop innovative strategies.
- Tailor content strategies to each platform, understanding their unique algorithms and audience expectations.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
Community Engagement:
- Actively manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and discussions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor social media conversations about the brand and industry, and provide insights to the wider team.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
- Identify actionable insights to optimize content and improve ROI on social-first marketing work
- Set KPIs and track campaign performance against objectives.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
- Work closely with the wider management teams to ensure alignment with broader campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to amplify successful organic campaigns through strategic promotions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in a social-first or content-centric role.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and trends, including emerging channels
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing previous campaigns.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing both brand and audience needs.
- Proficiency with social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and content collaboration processes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
