Chet Faker catapulted to stardom in 2011 with a haunting cover of Blackstreet’s “No Diggity”, kicking of a string of triumphs: 2013’s “Drop The Game”, a collaboration with Flume, went platinum, as did 2014’s debut full-length, Built On Glass, which topped the charts and produced two international hits, “Gold” and “Talk Is Cheap” (voted the song of the year on Triple J’s Hottest 100). The album earned Chet Faker countless awards, including ARIA’s Producer of the Year, tallied billions of streams and led to sold out shows across the globe. A 2015 EP with Marcus Marr, Work, produced another No. 1 single, “The Trouble With Us”.
After a hiatus that began in 2016, Chet Faker returned in 2020 with the Top 10 hit “Low” and released the acclaimed Hotel Surrender album in 2021, featuring the breakout tracks “Get High” and “Feel Good”.
