By 17, De La Cruz had already begun grabbing the industry’s attention, developing his craft under the mentorship of his older brother, award-winning producer NELY El Arma Secreta, and childhood friend, mega-producer Tainy. 2015 saw him release his debut song, the street anthem Coronamos alongside Anuel AA and Lito Kirino, and begin to create music alongside emerging artists in the urban Latin community. De La Cruz co-produced Jhay Cortez’s smash hit No Me Conoces in 2019, earning recognition as one Billboard’s Top 10 Latin music producers for his work. In the time since, he has gone on to produce for artists such as J Balvin and Bad Bunny, earning two Latin Grammys as a result.
De La Cruz is currently working on his own album that will include some of Latin’s new wave of artists and superstars.
