Having risen to prominence with his performances alongside Peter Kay, Paddy has gone on to present a variety of iconic TV shows, regularly tour the country as a comedian, and act in some of Britain’s favourite television programmes.
Paddy is best known for presenting the seminal ITV dating show Take Me Out from 2010 to 2019 and was then announced in 2018 as one of the three hosts of BBC’s legendary Top Gear. In 2021, Paddy also became the new host of Question of Sport. Paddy also presented the popular BBC game show I Can See Your Voice, and Celebrity Catchpoint. In 2024, Paddy will embark on his new role hosting his own Saturday Radio 2 Show and the return of Tempting Fortune on Channel 4.
In 2021, Paddy released his autobiography, My Lifey, as well as an emotive and educational documentary, Paddy and Christine McGuinness: Our Family And Autism, which screened on BBC1.
