Milligan was formerly European Manager at Gartner where she worked internationally to source, and book, leading names & keynote speakers for Gartner’s conferences across Europe, the US, Middle East & Australia.
Prior to this, she built the corporate division for talent agency group KBJ / PBJ, sourcing speaking engagements & event appearances for Louis Theroux, Richard Ayoade, Claudia Winkleman, and many others. She was credited with growing the division's revenue significantly, securing hundreds of event bookings a year.
Milligan will lead YMU’s event appearances team, to develop and grow event bookings in line with client goals & objectives. Her remit will encompass keynote speaking, hosting of conferences and internal events, brand launch events, red carpet appearances, premieres, private functions, performances, as well as hospitality packages.
Throughout her career, Milligan has mentored talent and keynote speakers, thereby growing their event bookings revenue, and has fostered close relationships with many of the major bureaus internationally, as well as leading brands, corporate buyers, and event organisers.
Together with the event appearances team, Milligan will work closely with YMU’s partnerships teams across LA, New York and London, to upsell and develop events into wider partnerships for its clients & partners.
